Accessibility Statement

The Equity in Gifted/Talented Education Web site utilizes several features to improve accessibility for users with disabilities, and/or who may use text-only browsers or screen reader technology. The project team is committed to meeting the standards set forth by the Texas Legislature in Section 206.50 of the Texas Administrative Code. These include the use of style sheets for presentation and layout, valid page structure, to the ability to skip repetitive navigation, alternate text for images and figures, links to relevant plug-ins, the ability to browse through keyboard inputs such as tab index, and other enhancements.

This Web site was coded for standards-compliant Web browsers and pages were validated using the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Markup Validation Service.
